An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This advertisement is for a Fixed term Job-share post - The successful candidate will share a whole-time post on a 50:50 basis (i.e. 16 hours per week) with an SNA already employed in the school.

Ideal applicants will be adaptable, flexible, and experienced in supporting children with a diverse range of special educational and care needs in a mainstream setting.

General description of duties will be in line with Circular 32/2026.

Appointment is subject to current Garda Vetting requirements, Occupational Health screening, completion of online Tusla Child Safeguarding Training and satisfactory references.
