# **Job Vacancy – AIM Worker (15 Hours per Week)**
**St Patrick's Preschool and Afterschool Care Service**
Gardiners Hill, Cork
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable **AIM Worker** to join our preschool team.
**Position:** AIM Worker
**Hours:** 15 hours per week
**Contract:** Fixed-term (subject to AIM funding)
**Start Date:** 26 August 2026
### Essential Requirements
* Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or recognised equivalent).
* Experience working with young children.
* A caring, inclusive, and child-centred approach.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience supporting children with additional needs and knowledge of the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM) are desirable.
