The successful candidate will exercise professional judgement to create a safe, caring, inclusive and play-based learning environment where every child experiences a sense of belonging, agency and wellbeing.
Guided by the principles of Aistear, the Lead Educator will foster responsive relationships and view children as capable, competent and active participants in their own learning. Through attentive observation, thoughtful planning and meaningful interactions, they will support children's curiosity, creativity and holistic development.
Drawing on the principles of slow pedagogy, the Lead Educator will value time, presence and deep engagement, recognising that rich learning emerges through sustained play, enquiry and authentic relationships.
