An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

St. Patrick's NS is seeking to appoint a diligent, enthusiastic and innovative teacher who is willing to get involved in our whole school community and contribute to the overall development of the school.
This position is to cover a mainstream multi grade Junior classroom with Assistant Principal duties for the 2026/2027 school year. Shortlisting criteria include: relevant qualifications, knowledge and experience of SEN, ability to work as part of a team, classroom management skills,teaching council registration.
The standard requirements regarding Garda Vetting and Occupational Health Screening will apply.
