An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Moylough NS will be opening a special class for children with autism in the coming school year. This role involves ensuring safe transport of children to and from school each day. Driver will collect you from the school at F91T880.
Experience Required: Experience of working with children with additional needs preferable, but not essential. Candidate must be kind, caring, patient and work well with children.
Responsibilities: Accompany/supervise students on their journey to and from school. Ensure children's safety while on the bus and ensure a safe handover with school staff/ parents.
Hours of work:
Morning: Approx. 8:00am – 9:15am
Afternoons: 1.40 pm - 3.15pm.
Please include at least two current referees and their contact details when applying for this position. Bus Escorts are subject to Garda Vetting requirements and completion of the Tusla Children First E-Learning Course.
It is a requirement to hold a valid Statutory Declaration and to complete the Form of Undertaking for this position upon offer of employment.
