An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This is a Fixed-Term job-sharing position for the 2026-2027 school year, and will be one half (0.5P) of a full-time (1.0) Standard SNA Post. The job-sharing arrangement is subject to the procedures for the Job-Sharing Scheme in Circular 0041/2014 and the School’s Teacher and Special Needs Assistance Leave Policy.

Desirable Experience :
-Supporting students with sensory needs, communication needs, emotional and behavioural needs and intimate care needs
-Supporting Autistic pupils
-Knowledge of, and experience in, contributing to Pupil Care Plans

Candidates must be willing to work well with a team, display a strong work ethic and have a flexible approach.
Appointments will be subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health screening.
