This is an exciting time to join our school community. As a newly designated DEIS Plus school, we are entering a period of significant development, with enhanced staffing, increased professional learning opportunities and expanded supports aimed at improving outcomes for all pupils.
At St. Audoen's, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where strong relationships, high expectations and pupil wellbeing are central to our work. Our staff collaborate closely to support children academically, socially and emotionally.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education and trauma-informed practice, an ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues, and a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school. Experience of, or an interest in, working in a DEIS setting, Special Educational Needs, literacy and numeracy interventions, wellbeing initiatives or innovative teaching approaches would be an advantage.

Successful applicants will play an important role in shaping the future of our growing DEIS Plus school and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in Dublin 8.
We welcome applications from enthusiastic teachers who are passionate about education, inclusion and creating positive outcomes for all learners.
