An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Scoil Iosaf is a vibrant, inclusive and diverse primary school with a student population of 231 pupils. We are currently inviting applications for two Special Education Teacher positions for the 2026/2027 school year:
• One full-time EAL Teacher position based in Scoil Iosaf N.S.
• One Job-share Teacher position (50/50 split) on the Supply Panel, with Scoil Iosaf as the base school.
• One maternity leave - Supply Panel Teacher, commencing on 27th August 2026.
Our Special Education Team works collaboratively with classroom teachers to provide both in-class support and withdrawal interventions, tailored to meet the needs of individual pupils. We are committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential. The role also involves participation in whole-school initiatives, including team teaching, station teaching etc
Applicants must submit a recognised certificate to teach Religious Education with their application.
