An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This advertisement is for 4 fixed term teaching positions at various class levels and in SET. Two of the fixed term positions are to cover career breaks, one fixed term position is to cover a job share arrangement and the fourth position is to cover an EAL fixed term post. The EAL fixed term position is dependent upon our current number of EAL pupils remaining the same in September.

A panel of applicants will also be set up following the interviews which may be used to fill a number of specified purpose positions to cover maternty leave and part time EAL hours from September.

Appointments will be subject to, but not limited to, satisfactory references, up to date teaching council registration, qualification to teach Religion, qualification to teach Irish and compliance with Garda Vetting requirements.
