Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This is a Fixed Term job sharing ,partime position for the 26/27 school year. The successful candidate will be job sharing for the school year 26/27 on a 50:50 basis.
Experience of working with children with a range of needs is desirable. Knowledge of PECS, LÁMH and experience needed of working with children with challenging behaviours, physical disabilities, toileting needs, medical care needs, ASD is desirable .
The Post will be subject to successful Garda Vetting. Candidates may be required to work in ASD or in mainstream classes. Ability to work as a team member and willingness to undertake CPD is essential.
The position is subject to NCSE allocation and SENO review.
