An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Presentation PS is an all girls school with special classes for Autism and DLD/SSD. Both boys and girls attend the special class for DLD/SSD only.
Applications are invited for 2 permanent positions 1x full time post. 1x 0.66 post.
In addition, there are 2 fixed term positions.
Candidates are expected to have experience working with students with Autism, Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), medical conditions and emotional/behavioural difficulties in a school setting.
Candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, able to work on their own initiative and in a team capacity.
All school staff are expected to engage in relevant CPD and respect school ethos. Evidence of engagement with professional development courses is desirable.

Appointment is subject to current Garda vetting requirements, occupational health screening and completion of Children First on-line training.
