Scoil Naomh Barra has been designated by the Department of Education and Skills as a base school for the Primary Substitute Supply Panel. The purpose of the Substitute Supply Panel is to provide substitute cover, in a designated cluster of schools in Navan and surrounding areas, for teachers who are absent on short term substitutable leave.
