An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Edenmore National School invites applications from highly dedicated candidates for the position of Special Needs Assistant.
Experience of working with children in a special class for children with autism is extremely desirable for this role.
We are looking for someone who can be flexible and responsive to the needs of the children and the school, with a passion for providing inclusive and child-centred support.
Candidates must be willing to undertake CPD courses which relate to the needs of the children & the school.
Appointment is subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.

We have one full time position and one position for the infant school day.
