An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

St. Martin's School caters for pupils aged 4 to 18 years with moderate, severe/profound learning disabilities and ASD.
Only applicants who have successfully completed a level 6 SNA course will be considered. Relevant training and significant experience with challenging behaviour in a special school is essential. LAMH, PECS, peg feeding, use of hoists, ICT skills in assistive technologies and alternative communication devices are desirable.
Only those applicants called for interview will receive a response. Interviews will be held on 14th July 2026.
