An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
St. Anthony’s Special School caters for children aged 4 -18 years’ old who have Mild Intellectual Disabilities and who may have other disabilities including Autism, Physical Disabilities, various syndromes and/or sensory-visual-aural impairments. The post is a Fixed term 1 year class teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.
The ideal candidates will have experience in teaching children with SEN, be motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and have a genuine interest in special education and developing the potential of all children with SEN.
Successful applicants will be expected to attend Croke Park planning hours and training on 27th of August 2026.
