About Our School
Leixlip Educate Together National School is a newly established and rapidly developing primary school. We first opened our doors to eleven Junior Infants in 2019. Since then, we have grown steadily and, by September 2026, we expect to have approximately 200 pupils from Junior Infants to Sixth Class.
We are a vibrant, inclusive, creative and child-centred school with a strong focus on wellbeing. We are proud to have begun our journey as a Nurture School and will open our first autism class in September 2025.
We are currently seeking a fixed-term full-day ANA who is enthusiastic about the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and evolving school community. We are looking for someone who will be excited to join a developing school to participate fully with an already amazing and cooperative team of 8 ANAs.
We welcome applications from committed, caring candidates who demonstrate adaptability, positivity, initiative and passion for the role. A genuine understanding of, and commitment to, the Educate Together ethos is essential.
Successful candidates will join a dedicated and supportive team of 8 Additional Needs Assistants (ANAs) and 15 teachers, many of whom have joined in recent years as our school has grown and are welcoming and inclusive of all new staff.
