Gaelcholáiste Chill Dara is an all-Irish Secondary school. In the past, we have employed Science teachers who only had Leaving Certificate Irish and it has always worked out well. With the right patience and support from the school and a willingness to learn Irish as they go, teachers are amazed how quickly they settle into using Gaeilge again.
Ideally, the candidate should be able to teach either Physics or Biology to Leaving Cert level. If you would like to talk to the principal about the job, how to apply and the support the school can offer you, please ring the school secretary on 045-898294 and the principal will ring you back asap.
