An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This position is a 0.83 (Infant hours) Fixed term contract for 2026-27.
The successful candidate will be working in a mainstream class or the DLD-SSD class.
Experience of and/or training in working to support children with care needs including Autism, ADHD, sensory needs, emotional and behavioural needs and intimate care needs is desirable.The successful candidate will be expected to respect the dignity and confidentiality of pupils. The successful candidate must be willing to work as part of a team, have a strong work ethic, be flexible in approach and be willing to engage in CPD as required.
