An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
As well as 3 permanent SNA positions, there are also 3 fixed-term positions available in the school for the academic year 2026/2027.
St. Paul's educates 97 pupils with a moderate, severe or profound intellectual disability aged 4 -18 years. It is desirable that candidates will have experience in a special school or special class setting and that the successful candidate will have the necessary skills to work in a class team with pupils who have complex profiles.
The position commences on 01/09/26 and the successful candidates must attend on the 31/08/26 for a Croke Park Day.
