This vacancy arises from an SNA taking a career break for the 26/27 school year.
There are currently 10 special education needs assistants in Barefield National School. This position will be for our special class for children with autism but this is subject to change.
Advantageous
Special Education Needs Qualification.
Special Education Needs Experience.
Experience supporting children with autism in a special class or mainstream setting.
Experience of team work and demonstrating a high degree of flexibility.
Highly Desirable
Evidence of continuous professional development on working with children with autism in schools.
