An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

• Post 1: Career Break Position (1-year duration)
• Post 2: Two Job Share Positions (1-year duration)
Jonah Special School is a special school catering for students with autism and complex needs, aged 4 to 18 years. The SNA roles involve supporting students with autism and complex learning needs to access education, develop independence, and participate fully in school life.
Experience working with students with autism and complex needs is essential. Experience in the use of evidence-based intervention approaches suitable for students with ASD is desirable.
A strong understanding of inclusive practice, teamwork, and supporting positive behaviour is required.
All appointments are subject to Garda vetting and satisfactory references.
