Scoil Bhríde, Goresbridge (19944O) is a vibrant co-educational school under the patronage of the Diocese of Kildare & Leighlin. The present teaching staff comprises 4 mainstream class teachers and 1.25 SET posts. We have 68 pupils currently enrolled.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills that are required to lead and maintain a happy, active and progressive school community in partnership with staff, parents and the wider community. A commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos of the school is essential.
The roles and responsibilities of this post relate to the 4 domains of Leadership and Management, as specified in Circular 0044/2019:
1) Leading Teaching and Learning
2) Managing the Organisation
3) Leading School Development
4) Developing Leadership Capacity
