Old Bawn Community School is inviting applications from a suitably qualified Special Needs Assistant to join our staff who are deeply committed to excellence in learning for all.
The role is for 16 hrs per week - a part time position to work opposite a SNA on a job share. The position involves working Wednesday to Tuesday one week and off the next week.
The successful candidate needs to be a flexible, self-motivated and professional person who can display initiative in the area of special needs support.
Applicants must demonstrate an ability to work well as part of a team, display strong work ethic and demonstrate positive interpersonal and communication skills. Interviews will be held on the Start date is for whole school meetings etc. Schedule will be arranged after suitable candidate is appointed.
Appointments are subject to Medical Fitness and Garda Vetting. Short listing may apply and only those shortlisted will be contacted.
