An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
SN Coill an Iarainn is seeking a motivated and caring primary school teacher to cover a maternity leave position in Junior Infants for a period of less than 24 weeks, commencing on 2nd March 2026 and concluding 26th June 2026.
The successful candidate will hold a recognised teaching qualification, be registered with the teaching council, hold a religious certificate for teaching religion in Catholic primary schools, demonstrate a strong understanding of the primary school curriculum particularlly in the infant classes and create a warm and inclusive and engaging learning environment.
