Rosemont School invites applications for the position of Teacher of Religious Education for the forthcoming academic year 2026/2027. This is a privately paid position, offering 22 teaching hours per week at the appropriate Department of Education rate.

Role
The successful candidate will:
• Teach Religious Education in accordance with the Catholic ethos of the school
• Contribute to the faith life of the school, including liturgical and pastoral activities
• Support students’ holistic formation in line with Catholic teaching
A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school is desirable.
Essential Criteria
• Recognised Teaching Council registration (or eligibility to register).
• A practising Catholic who assents to the doctrinal and moral teaching of the Catholic Church, and is capable of teaching and promoting the Catholic faith in a manner consistent with the ethos and mission of Rosemont School.
