Additional Information:
The Board of Management is seeking a School Transport Bus Escort to assist children from our autism classes during their daily journeys to and from school. Approximately 4 hours per day (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.) Approximately 20 hours per week in total, Monday - Friday - term time only.
Escorts are not paid over the school holidays but receive holiday pay instead and the salary is set by the Department of Education.
The ideal candidate will be reliable and have an understanding of working with children with additional needs.
The position is subject to Garda Vetting and the successful candidate must provide a statutory declaration before commencing work on the route.
