Nano Nagle School provides education for pupils aged 4 - 18 years with Moderate,
Severe/Profound learning disability and Autism. Duties to include teaching pupils with special educational needs which may initially be a class for pupils with multiple disabilities or a class of pupils on the autistic spectrum or a class for pupils with severe/profound disabilities. Some pupils present with behaviours that are challenging and adequate and relevant experience of dealing with such behaviours is desirable. It should, however, be noted that teaching duties are subject to
change during the course of the appointee's employment.
Appointment is subject to current Teaching Council Registration, Garda Vetting and Occupational Health Screening.
