An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Fixed-term position with initial duties as a mainstream class teacher until the end of the school year. Rearcross N.S. is seeking to appoint a team player who is willing to contribute to the overall development of Rearcross N.S.
The following skills and experience are desirable:
• Probation.
• Experience of teaching in a multi-grade setting.
• Involvement in extra-curricular activities.
Rearcross N.S. is a Catholic school. The successful candidate must hold the
appropriate Certificate to teach Catholic Religious Education. Appointment will be subject, but not limited to:
• Satisfactory references
• Current & continuing Teaching Council registration
• Current Garda Vetting requirements
• Occupational Health screening
The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Wednesday 5th of November.
