An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The Board of Management of Bunscoil Bhóthar na Naomh, Lismore, Co. Waterford, a Catholic, co-educational school, enrolment 284, teaching staff of 20 including the Principal, roll number 20076V, under the Patronage of the Bishop of the Diocese of Waterford and Lismore, invites applications for a fixed-term contract of 20 hours weekly, to commence on 8th December 2025 until the end of the 2025/26 academic year. Initial duties will be EAL/SET. Duties may be subject to change.
Please submit a standard application form, evidence of registration with the Teaching Council as well as compliance with current Vetting requirements. A panel of suitable applicants may be created from which future fixed term vacancies may be filled. If created, this panel will be valid for a four-month period.
The closing date for applications, in writing, is 12 noon on 7th November 2025. Application envelopes should be marked for the attention of the Chairperson and include “Application: fixed-term 2025/26”, Bunscoil Bhóthar na Naomh, Lismore, Co. Waterford, P51TW59.
