Description:
Mulgrave, the International School of Vancouver is one of Canada’s leading independent, co-educational Pre-K–12 day schools and an established IB Continuum World School. We are seeking to hire a passionate DP Systems Transformation Teacher and experienced IB teachers to join our team starting in August 2026.
Mulgrave is proud to be one of only four schools globally offering the International Baccalaureate’s groundbreaking Systems Transformation program, a 300-hour transdisciplinary course that replaces two Standard Level subjects within the IB Diploma Programme (DP). Co-developed over the past two years directly with the IBO, the course utilizes systems thinking as a framework for accelerating the development of young people as leaders for a more just and sustainable future. As the program enters its second year, the Senior School is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and passionate educator who will play a key role in driving the Systems Transformation program forward.
As part of our highly collaborative team, you’ll work in an environment where innovation is valued and student well-being drives every decision. Mulgrave teachers build strong relationships with students, ensuring they are challenged, supported, and feel a true sense of belonging.
We are still finalising our job vacancies for the 2026–27 academic year, but there could well be vacancies DP Economics, Upper School Learning Strategies (math & science), DP Physics and DP Geography.
