St. Clare’s is a Special School for 107 pupils aged 4–18 years with moderate, severe, or profound learning disabilities.
Each class is supported by a highly skilled team, typically comprising one teacher and two Special Needs Assistants (SNAs), working collaboratively to meet the care and educational needs of our students.
At St. Clare's, we are committed to promoting every student’s right to communicate and access the curriculum.
Experience in a special school setting is highly desirable, as is the ability to lead a team of SNAs and manage a programme of individualised student support.
