The Board of Management initially advertised this permanent vacancy on the 2nd day of September 2025 for teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for the Diocese of Raphoe. The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest was the 8th day of September 2025.
The closing date for submission of expressions of interest from teachers on the relevant Supplementary Panel was extended by advertisement to the 10th day of September 2025.
The Board of Management is now proceeding to fill this permanent vacancy through open competition.
Niall Mór NS is a co-educational, Catholic primary school with 4 special classes. Initial teaching duties shall be in a mainstream class setting, however applicants must be interested in teaching in both a mainstream and special class setting as teachers may rotate between special classes and mainstream classes.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated teacher who values being part of a team to join our staff.
Applicants must possess a flexible attitude to work, have good communication skills and demonstrate a desire to develop their teaching skills.
An interest and/or willingness to engage in extra-circular activities would be advantageous.
Applicants must hold a recognised Certificate to Teach Religious Education.
Applications should be made via the email address provided to arrive no later than 12.00pm on 25th September 2025.
