Additional Information:
St. Paul’s School educates 97 pupils with a moderate, severe or profound intellectual disability. Many pupils have additional medical and complex needs. Experience in working with children with an intellectual disability in a special school or special class along with experience in school leadership is desirable.
The role is administrative and the successful candidate will work closely with the Principal as part of the senior leadership team to support the day-to-day running and strategic leadership of the school.
The roles and responsibilities of this post relate to the four domains of leadership and management as specified in circular 0044/2019
1. Leading Teaching and Learning.
2. Managing the Organisation.
3. Leading School Development.
4. Developing Leadership Capacity.
The appointment will be subject to reference checks and Occupational Health Screening.
