An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

We are seeking to appoint teachers who are experienced at working as team players, who are happy to work towards the overall development of our school, in accordance with our school policies and ethos and under the direction and leadership of the principal. Duties may be as special education / support teacher or as classroom teacher.

The following skills, experience and qualifications are desirable:
• Experience of working in a similar setting
• Excellent classroom management skills, planning skills
• Flexibility
• Evidence of ongoing CPD
• Sound knowledge of Special Education, particularly in relation to ASD
• Experience of team-teaching and other initiatives in support education
• Skill & experience to share in areas such as Music, Drama, ICT, Sport, Debating, Art.
