Job sharing posts
Can be Two .5 posts or one post .
a)This post is fixed term temporary part time and will commence on 1st September 2025 and will terminate on 31st August 2026
The Employee is engaged on a temporary contract to provide cover for a permanent SNA who is on a job-share, and which will terminate on 31st August 2026 or on the resumption of full-time duty of the permanent SNA staff member on job-share, whichever is the earlier.
This temporary contract may also be terminated in the event that the Special Needs Assistant on job-share resigns, retires, or is made redundant during the term of the job-share.
b)As the Employee is replacing an employee who is job-sharing, the post cannot be filled on a permanent/ contract of indefinite duration basis in their absence.
