An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This post is 0.5 of a full post (16 hours per week).
Knowledge and experience of working with children with complex needs such as Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, emotional/behavioural needs are desirable.
Please outline in your letter of application how your skills/experience meet the requirements of the job description outlined above.

Candidates must be willing to undertake CPD courses which relate to the needs of the children & the school. Duties may change according to care needs of the pupils.

Appointment is subject to satisfactory references, current Garda vetting requirements, satisfactory pre-employment medical screening via OHS and the Patron's approval.

Applicants who are deemed to be members of the SNA Supplementary Panel with supplementary panel rights, must furnish a certified copy of a completed Panel Form (PF1) with their application.
