Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
The Board of Management initially advertised the two permanent vacancies on www.staffroom.ie on the 13th day of June, 2025 for teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for the Diocese of Dublin. The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest was the18th day of June, 2025. The closing date for submission of expressions of interest from teachers on the relevant Supplementary Panel was extended by advertisement on the same website to the 20th day of June, 2025. The Board of Management is now proceeding to fill this permanent vacancy through open competition.
This position is for a Special Class Teacher.
In addition to this position, a Permanent Mainstream Class Teacher position, two fixed-term positions and a specified purpose contract for a Special Class may also be filled from this selection process.
We open on August 28th and will have a staff meeting/induction day on August 27th.
Only candidates shortlisted for interview will be contacted.
We are a Droichead school and a successful candidate, if necessary, can be probated in our school in accordance with the Droichead process.
Applications will be accepted by email only.
Appointment will be subject to Garda Vetting requirements, satisfactory references, Occupational Health Screening and patron approval.

Interviews will take place on 11th July.
