An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The BoM of Carrick NS Ballinlough invites expressions of interest in the following positions
1 x fixed term post arising from a career break.
1 x fixed term post supply teacher (covering Principal Release Day cluster)
1 x substitute teacher position

Supply Teacher to cover Principal Administration days in 5 schools in north Co. Roscommon - Carrick NS Ballinlough (base school); Ballinlough NS, Threen NS, Abbey NS Boyle, St Paul's Boys School Castlerea.
Applicants must have a certificate to teach Catholic religious education. Candidates must be currently registered with the Teaching Council and satisfy the requirements for Garda Vetting as per Circular 0031/2016 and meet Occupational Health requirements.
Teaching experience at different class levels, experience of multi-grade classroom settings and SET is desirable.
Closing date for the receipt of applications is 3pm on 2nd July 2025. Interviews provisionally scheduled for the third week in July.
A Croke Park planning day for staff will be held on 26th/27th August.
