Additional Information:
Our Lady of Hope School is a Special School catering for pupils from 4 -18 years with a diagnosis of Autism and complex needs.
Relevant experience working with pupils with complex needs, autism, communication difficulties, diabetes, epilepsy, emotional and behaviour difficulties, physical disabilities in addition to working with a variety of primary care needs is essential.
Experience working a special school is beneficial.
First Aid and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention qualifications are desirable.
Experience in the use of PECS, LÁMH, visual supports/timetables and positive behaviour interventions is advantageous.
The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to work well as part of a team, be flexible, display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate a willingness to engage in further relevant professional development.
Applicants who are deemed to be members of the SNA Supplementary Panel with Supplementary Panel rights must furnish a certified copy of their panel form (PF1) with their application.
Applications must be submitted by email only no later than 14:30pm on 2nd July 2025
