St. Michael’s Special School caters for pupils, aged 5-18 years of age, who on enrolment, and subject to psychological assessment have a diagnosis of a Mild General Learning Disability. Many of our pupils have a dual diagnosis, e.g. ASD
We are looking for a teacher to work as part of a dynamic and collaborative team here, in St. Michael's Special School. Experience of working in a special class/school desirable.
Appointments subject to satisfactory references, current teaching council registration, vetting requirements and Occupational Health screening.
St. Michael's Special school is under the primary sector and as such teachers are paid at a primary rate of pay and work 25 contact teaching hours per week.
