An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This is a fixed-term, principal release day cluster post where the successful applicant will work in the following schools from Monday to Friday; Rathgormack NS, Clonea NS, Ballyneale NS, Carriglea NS and Scoil an Bhaile Nua.
Scoil an Bhaile Nua is the base school for this post and all other schools are between 10 minutes and 25 minutes from there.
All of the above schools are similar in structure as they are all co-educational, rural, Catholic schools with roughly 3 - 5 classroom teachers. This role is a fantastic way of exploring schools in the locality, learning skills and knowledge from a wide variety of staff members and adapting and changing to varied roles e.g. 4th/5th, 6th or SET.
