Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This position is for a Special Class Teacher (Autism Class) for the 2025-2026 school year.
Experience of teaching in a Special Class is desirable. This position will involve working with children who may require support with communication needs, social/emotional needs and sensory processing difficulties.
The successful applicant will work closely with a team of Special Needs Assistants. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills are required.
This appointment is subject, but not limited to, compliance with Garda vetting and Occupational Health Screening requirements, Teaching Council registration, receipt of satisfactory references and proof of qualifications.
Applicants are required to hold a Recognised Certificate to teach Religious Education.
