Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
There are 3 fixed term teaching posts - in a Special Class setting and in a Special Education setting.
- Applicants should be innovative teachers who are willing to get involved in our whole school community and contribute to the overall development and ethos of the school. A strong team ethic is essential.
- Experience teaching in a Special Class is desirable.
- Experience teaching in a Special Education setting is desirable.
- Experience teaching in a similar school context is desirable but not essential.
- Candidates will be invited to interview via email.
- This advert is for a fixed term position with intended duties in a Special Class setting. Teacher duties may be subject to change and is at the discretion of the Principal.
Appointment will be subject to Teaching Council Registration, current Garda Vetting requirements, Occupational Health Screening, satisfactory references and confirmation of qualifications.
