An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Scoil Bhride, Mountnugent a Catholic school under the patronage of the Bishop of Meath, Dr Tom Deenihan, is inviting applications for the position of Special Needs Assistant. This is a standard SNA position. The appointment will be made via open competition. The minimum qualification necessary for appointment as a Special Needs Assistant is as per DES Circular 51/2019.
