An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Applications are invited for 2 SNA Posts
• 1 fulltime permanent special needs assistant post.
• 0.83 fulltime permanent special needs assistant post (ie) for an Infant Day.
When applying please specify, in your email, what post you are applying for or if you are applying for both, please state that also.
Both posts are mainstream classroom based, supporting children with a range of needs. Children that each SNA is allocated to support are subject to change.
Candidates called to interview will be required to provide proof of qualifications as per Department of Education & Skills requirements. Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references, compliance with current Garda vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening. The successful candidate must work well as part of a team, be flexible and demonstrate a willingness to avail of further training.
