An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Good Shepherd N.S. is a vibrant co-educational primary school in Dublin 14. We have 21 teachers on staff including 9 mainstream teachers, 6 support teachers, 4 special class teachers and a HSCL. Our staff work closely both together and with parents to ensure that each pupil’s potential is realised.
Our teachers are fully committed to providing a broad inclusive education for all our pupils. The advertised teaching positions are ideally suited to teachers who are enthusiastic, have excellent organisational skills and are strong team players.
Candidates should have an interest in Gaeilge, STEAM subjects and developing team sports across the school.
For 24/25 there are 3 Fixed Term positions available.
A panel may be formed for any further positions that arise.
