An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This is a fixed term full time SNA position to cover a career break for the school year 2024/2025 and a full time position to cover maternity leave commencing in June.
Candidates should have minimum qualifications as set out by the Department of Education and Skills.

The successful candidates are expected to carry out duties as per circular 0030/2014.
To meet the needs of the school the following competencies are desirable:
Child Protection training and certification
Experience of working with children with Autism
Experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour and the promotion of positive behaviour strategies.
Experience working with children with sensory needs.
Appointment is subject, but not limited to, satisfactory references, current Garda Vetting and Occupational Health Screening
