Home Tuition (During school hours)
Description:
A tutor is required for a 9 year old boy. He is dyslexic, has sensory and emotional regulation challenges and is cognitively gifted.
DES Home Tuition scheme has been approved. Tuition hours will need to take place before 3.15pm on weekdays as he has afternoon clubs which are going well.
A genuine connection and respect between tutor and child will be crucial for success. He will need to feel a safe connection with you. He loves chess, science, Pokémon, Lego, model making, Warhammar, writing to the President with ideas for our country.
The right candidate will be neurodiversity affirming.
Note: We will privately fund additional hours 1) if the relationship is developing well and 2) if the tutor is available/wishes.
