We have an exciting opportunity for somebody to join our team.

Phoenix Park Specialist School is a multi-denominational, specialist placement primary school for pupils experiencing Severe Emotional Difficulty, Trauma and/or Behavioural Challenges (Severe EBD)

Children attending our school must have a full scale IQ of 70 or above and have the potential to return to mainstream school.

We are looking for a progressive and enthusiastic teacher who believes in the importance of nurture, inclusion and trauma informed practice to join our dynamic and highly supportive team.

A post-graduate qualification in Special Education and/or qualifications & experience of crisis deescalation / intervention (e.g. CPI Pivotal MAPA) are desirable, but not essential. In house training is provided as well as monthly supervision.


Teachers must hold registration under Route 1 "Primary " or Route 4 "other" or Route 3
