An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Clarecastle N.S. is a DEIS Band 2 primary school with a special class for pupils with Autism.
There are two posts available. One is for a full time post and the other is 0.76 of a post.
Desirable experience:
- Knowledge and experience of working with pupils with Autism.
- Relevant training and experience of working with children with intimate care needs.
-Relevant training and experience with challenging behaviour.
Applicants who are deemed to be members of the SNA Supplementary panel, with supplementary panel rights, must furnish a certified copy of a completed PF1 form with their application.

Appointments will be subject, but not limited to, current Garda Vetting requirements, Occupational Health Screening and satisfactory references. Relevant qualifications required as per the DES requirements.
